BANJOACE

Sandy,

Please contact me and say nothing to no one or I will not speak. Ballard cannot speak to you but I can. I just denounced my membership in the SHRINE---Cahaba Shrine Temple. Information on this matter set on the desk of a law firm in Atlanta which deals with RICO and civil ligation. I have worked for some of the top law firms in the State of Alabama and help manage the campaigns of former Governor and now Lt. Governor of Alabama Jim Folsom, The Lt. Governor campaign of George Wallace Jr., the campaign of Charlie Baker for State Auditor, and campaigned for the office of State Auditor of Alabama in 2002. I was leading on the day of qualifying two months after I dropped out of the race for personal reason---I am told.

I in the past I have been district lecture and have set on many Alabama Grand Lodge Committees. I was the one who got Ballard and others to the office of the Attorney General, Troy King; and others. It was I whom Utley had Wheeled out of Cahaba Shrine Temple after Ballard and I met with Troy King. The governor's legal advisor met with us after hours in the Capital and after view the information say we had a mess. I later met with him privately and he could not understand why I would not meet with the district attorney in Decatur. I can give him a straight foreword answer now. The information I provided the FBI which was referred to the DA's office was leaked out to the Decatur Shrine Club and used, wrongly, against Ballard when charges were preferred against him by the investigative committee of Cahaba. The information was refereed to the DA by me not Ballard.

I publish often, I taught special education for 14 years and drove 256 miles a night---five nights a week---to obtain my law degree. I got a letter from Andrews who stated that they has broke no state or federal laws. I bed to differ and can show you where they were broken.

I say again, speak to no one. If you wish to talk then I will contact you. My phone and computers got tapped during this whole mess. I am working with various people in the Alabama Legislature in an effort to draft legislation that will make this unaccountability of money a felony not a class C--Mis---.
