Charles A. Soderman, 31, of Marathon, Fla., was sentenced Tuesday to 78 months in federal prison after he was found guilty by a federal jury in September.

According to a news release from the U.S Attorney's Office, U.S. District Judge Frederick J. Martone also ordered that Soderman be on a lifetime supervised release and register as a sex offender.

According to the release, on March 9, Soderman flew from Miami to Yuma and then traveled to the Mexican border in an attempt to have sex with a male child as young as age 6. The arrest was part of an undercover operation by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) to halt sex tourism into Mexico as part of ICE's national program, Operation Predator.

It has yet to be seen if there will be any results from interviews in New Mexico.

Things have gone dead like a sub in the water. Like everyone is holding their breath and waiting to see who's going to be charged, arrested or indicted first.

There are three choices right now.

Behind Door number one is Richard Schair.

Door number two, the Albuquerque Jesters Schair took fishing in Brazil.

Door number three, Jesters out of Ashland, Kentucky. This is where those three Jesters took an illegal alien prostitute, pleaded guilty and all that.

My only concern is investigators compromised by conflict of interest.

You'd best disclose. I'm going to be asking about it.

No one likes dirty cops.

      Heh.

That would be front page news if it had been a Jester.

I'm expecting such announcements w/in the next 3 weeks. Or maybe 3 months.

Not sure who will find out and report such arrests or charges or indictments first, as other news organizations are finally interested in what I've been reporting for nearly two years now.

      Thanks,

      Sandy
